Shipping Policy
For orders delivered in Cyprus

Shipping with our trucks from Monday to Friday.
For orders over 50euros,without tax, shipping costs are free!
For orders under 50euros, shipping costs are 5euros+ tax.

Store pick up is free, but you have to place an order before you come through our website or by calling us at: 7000 1046

Courier Delivery
It is mostly preferred for small orders, up to 4kg. The delivery usually takes about 1-2 business days.
*Hard to reach and remote areas are excluded. The customer is obliged to inform that it is a remote area.
The above delivery times are indicative, refer to working days (excluding weekends and holidays) and may vary depending on conditions and availability of goods.

Return & Exchange Policy
1) In the case where it is proven that the company is at fault, i.e. the wrong product has been sent or the product is defective, then the product is returned at our expense and can be replaced with another item or the corresponding amount of money returned to you, upon notification to you within 5 working days from receipt.

2) In the event that there is no error on the part of our company, and the product is simply not to the customer's liking, then the customer has the right to return the product within the next 5 working days with shipping costs charged to him .
Returns are accepted after consultation and as long as the products have not been used and are in their original packaging. In the case of opened or used packaging and in general in any case of alteration of their original condition, the return is not accepted.

Refunds are made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. To get your money back, you must tell us the account to which you want the deposit to be made. Proof of purchase required for return. In case of issuing an invoice, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note.

Cancellation of Orders
​
You can cancel your order, if you wish, without charge, provided that the products have not been shipped from our store, and with a time frame of 8 working hours (working hours are considered the operating hours of the physical store, i.e. 9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday).
